BUGS:

  2004-06-22

    BUG #6: Surveys created with version 1.04
    will show literal HTML entitites in later
    versions when used with Text Only mode.
    i.e. a survey name with a double quote (")
    in it will show " instead of the actual
    double quote. Fix is to decode all html entities
    in the existing data when upgraded (but this
    has not been implemented).

  2003-11-04

    BUG #5 (Fixed 2003-11-04): Error when trying
    to delete answers to unselected demographics.
    Unknown column "aid" in table.

    BUG #4 (Fixed 2003-11-04): Cannot create an
    answer value of 0 (zero).

  2003-10-31

    BUG #3 (Fixed 2003-11-03): Dependencies
    based upong "MM" questions do not work.

    BUG #2 (Fixed 2004-05-17): Cannot add new question to survey
    after question with "None" answer is
    added to end of survey. Must move questions
    around.

    BUG #1 (Fixed 2003-11-03): "Question is
    being used in XX surveys" shows an
    incorrect number.
